Sugar skull wooden pin - hand painted badge / brooch

£11.00

Morbid has never been so colourful as in sugar skulls - this pin is inspired by the Mexican aesthetics especially the day of the dead.

This little wooden pin, is designed by me, laser cut from sustainable ply wood, prepared and hand painted, with coloured highlights in neon paint which glows in UV light. The gold plated brooch pin has been attached with jewellery strength glue. Finally it has been given a coating of varnish to give it a bit of protection from knocks and the weather - mind you, it wouldn’t like going through the washing machine however (skulls in washing machines? that’s all wrong!)

It is presented in a recycled card box, wrapped suitably for gifting. It’s packed plastic free - as I’m trying to be one of the good guys.
