Delivery & Returns

While I try to get orders to the post box within 24 hours, under normal circumstances we will fulfill orders within 3 days. If I am on anticipated longer break (even Badgers deserve a holiday from time to time) I will put a banner on my website and/or shop main page. If any other unforseen circumstances result in a delay in me fulfilling an order, I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

Default postage is Royal Mail First , without tracking or signature. Where a local delivery would be quicker by hand I will do this instead, where possible.

Delivery is within Great Britain only at the time or writing. For legal reasons I am unable to post to Northern Ireland or the European Union. If you live outside Europe and would like something get in touch with me and we’ll see what’s doable.

Returns.

We want you to be happy, so if you aren’t happy with your package get in touch about a refund. However, in the interests of sanity it’s useful to set out some expectations:

If all is not well with your stuff when it arrives please let me know within 14 days for a refund. I may ask you return the product to arrive with me within 30 days.
