Delivery & Returns of “It Came From” orders (from the shop on this website)

While I try to get orders to the post box within 24 hours, under normal circumstances we will fulfill orders within 3 days. If I am on anticipated longer break (even Badgers deserve a holiday from time to time) I will put a banner on my website and/or shop main page. If I am unavailable to fulfill an order and this is unforeseen I’ll be in touch.

Royal Mail First class postage is included in the cost of the item. Where a local delivery would be quicker by hand I will do this instead, where possible.

Delivery is within the UK only. If an overseas buyer wishes to make a special one-off arrangement, this can be arranged on a case by case basis, through my other online store please email me at charmingbadger@outlook.com to arrange this.

Returns.

We want you to be happy! However, in the interests of sanity it’s useful to set out some expectations.

If you do not like your product when it arrives please let me know within 14 days for a refund. I may ask you return the product to arrive with me within 30 days.
